By purchasing from DeepWoods Consolidated LLC, you agree to these terms. All products are handcrafted to order from natural hardwoods — grain, color, and figuring vary naturally and are not considered defects. Personalized items (laser engraved or custom inlaid) are final sale and non-refundable. For engraved orders, a digital proof will be sent for your approval via email before production begins; engraving will not proceed without written confirmation. DeepWoods Consolidated LLC is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
