Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 15 days of the date of purchase on non-personalized items. Items that have received custom laser engraving or inlays are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. To initiate a return, contact us at DeepwoodsConsolidatedLLC@gmail.com before shipping any item back. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 25% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns. If a returned item arrives damaged or with missing features, the cost to repair or replace those specific features will be assessed in addition to the restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
